When someone passes on to the other side, they go through a process of review of their life, then they become the pure energy that they truly are. Those aspects of self that have unresolved soul lessons become pure light and those soul lessons get learned in a different way than the way it is learned on Earth. What can integrate the lightbody? Well, first, we want to be clear that you all have a lightbody and it is always with you. What we are speaking of here is how much of it is available to you on demand, i.e., right away. That process of your lightbody holding so much light such that it is available almost all the time is brought forth through shadow work.
What is interesting about this upheaval is that it is felt by all. This is part of the problem, not just in the United States where the channel resides, but in many other countries around the world. One side feels bullied by the other, while, believe or not, the other side feels the EXACT SAME WAY.
