What is lightbody integration?
Metatron: Lightbody integration is the process of the lightbody fully integrating to the etheric body and therefore, the physical body. It is, fundamentally, a change in the person’s DNA, the cellular level of the body. The lightbody is significant because it is the 5th dimensionary aspect of self across time and space, as it is relevant to the blueprint in this life. So, it aggregates one’s knowing among their known incarnations across time and space. This is significant because it activates several timelines that were not available prior to the lightbody integrating. These timelines are timelines within the alchemical matrix, or what can otherwise be understood as the matrix of alchemical creation. To understand the alchemical matrix, one must experience it. As more and more humans integrate their lightbody and experience themselves in their 5th dimensionary aspect of self, they will have an understanding of the difference between the alchemical matrix and what we refer to as the known matrix, which is the matrix of logical reasoning and physical form. So, integration of the lighbody became wildly available on December 12, 2012, when the 5th dimension was put fully in place within the earth. This is why we are coming through this channel at this time to teach humans a bit more about how to integrate this magical thing we refer to as the lightbody.
What is a quantum leap?
Seraphim: A quantum leap is the movement of quantum levels of energy in a relatively short period of time. It is the ability to move up to frequencies of timelines that were not otherwise available before. Let us explain this more because we don’t want it to be misconstrued. When one is within an awareness of a repeated soul lesson, then subsequently transmutes that soul lesson, there is no need to keep “relearning” what has already been internalized within the cellular level of the body. However, the energy of the repeat offense is still in the body because the universe takes account of all your actions, good and bad. To make matters more efficient, quantum leaps can be made to transmute the excess energy of the soul lesson that has been learned.
Quantum leaps are available on Earth, but they must be facilitated by your guides because to move substantial amounts of energy requires a knowing that humans do not have. By that, what we mean is that you cannot see the movement of energy from the cellular level of the body, what you understand as your DNA. So, what is your job as a human to make a quantum leap? Awareness is your responsibility. You must be aware of what your soul lesson is at its root. This may entail that you take a trip through the branches of that soul lesson before you get to the root. If you are diligent in being aware of your responsibility to your own soul fragmentation, you will surely make a quantum leap. To be very clear, we are going to repeat what your responsibility is to making a quantum leap. First, you need to be aware of your own soul fragmentation. Elsewhere on this website, we cover how your own judgement can uncover your hidden biases and therefore the integration of the hidden self. These are among the most difficult soul fragments to integrate. Second, you must become aware of what your responsibility is to your own soul fragmentation. This is a separate process from the first, though not always felt distinctly by the human integrating the soul fragment.
How do we make a quantum leap to lightbody integration?
Xavier: We are going to emphasize what Seraphim has already said about the two things you must do to make a quantum leap: be aware of your soul fragmentation and have a keen understanding of your responsibility to that soul fragmentation. Assuming this has already been done, what must be done next to make a quantum leap towards lightbody integration is to ask for it. We know it seems anticlimactic to some that all you have to do is to ask for the lighbody to integrate, but the magic is in its simplicity. You simply have to ask your guidance system to activate the timelines available to lightbody integration and the integration necessary to get there will be activated.
You must see soul integration as your opportunity to make a quantum leap. We will repeat that because it is very important. Every activation of a soul fragment to be integrated into the whole is an opportunity for a quantum leap. Most humans spend a lot of time fearing their soul lessons. To be fair, these soul lessons tend to be difficult for them. We wish to share with you a trick to get through these difficult soul fragments. Get into your soul centered self and tune in to the fear. Don’t be afraid to do this, fear is only energy. When you are centered into meditation, fear is simply energy. Now, once you are tuned in to your fear, name it, then ask that energy, what is your responsibility to the fear? It will tell you and in that knowing, you will make a quantum leap.
When you say name the fear, what do you mean?
Xavier: Thank you for following up because this is a very important point. When we say tune in to the fear, tune in to the fragment that is intensely fearful and begin acknowledging how that fragment feels. What are they fearful of? What kind of fear do they feel? What other emotions are on the periphery with this fragment? Acknowledge all the feelings you get from tuning in to this fragment even if it doesn’t make any sense to you. That acknowledgement is awareness, the first thing you need for a quantum leap. Asking the second question of what is your responsibility to how they feel will complete a quantum leap.
Why should people ask for the lightbody to integrate? What kinds of timelines may activate after lightbody integration?
Sebastian: The simple answer is that your life becomes infinitely magical when you are regularly accessing the 5th dimension. Your knowing across time and space begins to activate and you will begin to understand your role in the ascension of earth. In that knowing, manifestation becomes more personal, more meaningful. You understand much more fully why you incarnated and what it is you came here to learn and what you came here to create. The 5th dimension is a dimension of knowingness and in that centeredness in your knowing, the why of All That Is is inherently within in you.
