Like many high-achievers, I spent years chasing conventional success—degrees, prestigious jobs, and external validation—while quietly battling the shame of academic failure, the weight of neurodivergence, burnout, imposter syndrome, and the fear of stepping into my true purpose. Despite doing everything I was “supposed” to, I felt the hollow ache of misalignment. My awakening wasn’t gentle—it arrived through a four-year Dark Night of the Soul, forcing me to confront the trauma, fragmentation, and dense patterns I carried across more than 100 lifetimes. On the other side was the truth: I was never broken—I had simply abandoned myself trying to survive a world that wasn’t designed for someone like me. Now, I help other sensitive, high-performing souls release what’s keeping them stuck and return to the truth of who they are—whole, powerful, and free.
