Acceptance of the Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are entered into by and between You (“Participant(s)”) and Living Your Truth with the Guides (“Company,” “Service Provider,” “we,” or “us“). The following terms and conditions govern your access to metaphysical services and courses provided by Living Your Truth with the Guides (“Services”).

Please read these Terms carefully before procuring services or courses from us.  By accessing or using any of the Services provided at livingyourtruthwiththeguides.com or https://living-your-truth-with-the-guides.mykajabi.com, including psychic readings, channeled guidance, energy healing, spiritual mentorship, and any related digital content or sessions (“Services”), or by clicking to accept these Terms when offered, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Terms of Use (https://livingyourtruthwiththeguides.com/terms-of-use/), and our Privacy Policy (https://livingyourtruthwiththeguides.com/privacy-policy/), incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

These Services are intended for individuals seeking metaphysical insight and spiritual development.

Changes to the Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Description of Services

We provide services intended for personal insight, spiritual exploration, and entertainment. These Services do not constitute professional advice in any area, including but not limited to legal, medical, psychological, or financial matters.

Participant – Service Provider Relationship

Use of our Services does not create a professional, fiduciary, or medical relationship. While spiritual insights may be transformative, results are not guaranteed and vary based on individual interpretation and readiness. You are fully responsible for how you choose to understand, interpret, and apply any guidance.

Use of the Service by Minors

You affirm that you are of legal age to enter into this Agreement, or that you have obtained parental or guardian consent. Minors under 16 years of age are prohibited from accessing or using the Services even with parental consent. Parents or guardians may contact us at maricar@livingyourtruthwiththeguides.com if they believe a Minor used our services without authorization.

The Services are intended for adults 18 years of age or older. Use of our Services by anyone under 18 requires parental consent and direct supervision.

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Information shared during Services is treated as confidential, with the following exceptions:

  • When disclosure is required by law;
  • When there is a risk of harm to self or others;
  • When there is suspected abuse of vulnerable individuals.

You acknowledge that while we endeavor to maintain confidentiality, no digital communication can be guaranteed as fully secure.

Fees, Taxes, and Payment

All fees are clearly stated prior to booking. Taxes may apply based on your location. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, with changes taking effect for new purchases only.

Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policies

1:1 SESSIONS

    • You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance (Hawaii Standard Time) using the link provided in your confirmation email.
    • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will be refunded, minus a 3% processing fee.
    • No refunds or reschedules are offered for cancellations or no-shows made less than 48 hours before the session.

LIVE GROUP PROGRAMS

    • No refunds will be issued once a live group program begins.
    • If you cannot attend live sessions, replays are typically available.
    • If a program is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund.

COURSES

    • All course purchases are non-refundable.
    • You receive lifetime access, defined as the duration of the course’s availability on our platform.

MEMBERSHIPS

    • Monthly memberships may be canceled anytime through your account.
    • No refunds will be issued for any month, regardless of usage.
    • You retain access for the remainder of your billing period after cancellation.
    • Audio files may be downloaded for personal use. Video downloads are not supported.
    • Replays will be made available for all missed live events.

All deadlines for rescheduling and cancellations are based on Hawaii Standard Time (HST).

Technology Disclaimer

We are not responsible for your internet connection, software, hardware, or any interruptions due to technology. We are not liable for disruptions caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Kajabi, Zoom, or email providers).

Suspension of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services at our discretion, particularly for inappropriate behavior, harassment, or breach of these Terms.

Waiver of Liability

Our services are provided “as is” for entertainment purposes only.  By using our Services, you agree to assume full responsibility for your interpretation and application of any guidance received.

These Services are offered for spiritual exploration and personal insight only. You assume all responsibility for interpreting and applying any information received.

Lifetime Access Policy for Digital Products

Participants receive lifetime access to digital course materials for the life of the product or platform. We reserve the right to update, replace, or retire content. If we retire content, we will provide at least 30 days’ advance notice to participants via the primary email address on file.

Teacher Cancellations

If the facilitator at Living Your Truth with the Guides must cancel a live session due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we will attempt to reschedule promptly. If rescheduling is not feasible, participants will be issued a credit or refund for the canceled session.

Group Guidelines

We strive to create safe, inclusive spaces. Disruptive, discriminatory, or harmful behavior will not be tolerated.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a session or program if their behavior compromises the safety or well-being of others

Recordings and Participant Visibility

Many group sessions and live programs are recorded and may be included in our programs, whether free or paid, to support our programmatic aims. By participating, you consent to being recorded if you speak or appear on video. Your participation constitutes agreement for use within these programs, including those that may be publicly accessible.

If you do not wish to be recorded, you may keep your video and microphone off, and refrain from speaking.

Recordings are not shared outside the program context—such as marketing, testimonials, or social media—without separate, written consent.

Private 1:1 psychic readings are also recorded and provided to the client. These recordings are not shared publicly.

Photographic & Video Release (Optional Public Use)

By participating in live sessions, you acknowledge that we reserve the right to use any recorded material—including your image, voice, or contributions—within our programs, whether free or paid, to support our programmatic aims. Some programs may be publicly accessible, and participation in these sessions constitutes your agreement for your contributions to be included.

If your content is used in materials outside the scope of program delivery—such as marketing, social media, or testimonials—separate written consent will be obtained in advance.

No identifying content will be shared publicly outside of the announced context without your explicit approval.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Living Your Truth with the Guides and its representatives from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Dispute Resolution

The parties agree to resolve disputes as follows:

  1. Attempt informal resolution through good faith negotiation within 30 days of notice.

  2. If unresolved, submit to mediation with a mutually agreed-upon mediator.

  3. If mediation fails, parties may pursue binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules.

  4. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, with venue in Honolulu.

  5. The prevailing party in any legal action is entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Living Your Truth with the Guides regarding the services provided and supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral.

Limited Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of our Services.

This limitation of liability applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.
