n this post, I would like to address frequently asked questions about psychic readings. To make the most out of your reading, it’s important to understand how guides work. The more pointed your questions are and the more self-aware you are, the more impactful your reading will be.
Should I set an intention for my reading?
It’s a good idea to set an intention for your reading because the guides begin working on you as soon as you make an appointment. For more information on how to set intentions, please read the blog post, “How to Set Intentions that Guides are Receptive to.”
How will my online psychic reading be conducted?
All readings are conducted through Zoom. Please check your confirmation e-mail for the Zoom link for our meeting. To learn how to get started using Zoom, please see Zoom’s Getting Started Guide here.

How can I access the customer panel?
In the customer panel, you can view, reschedule, or cancel your appointment. To set up your account in the customer panel, please click on the Customer Panel Access Link found in your appointment notification e-mail. Upon clicking that link, you will be asked to set a password. Your username is the e-mail address you used to book an appointment.

Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
At least 24 hours before your appointment, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment by accessing your account on our customer panel. Who will come through to answer my questions?
Different psychics have different types of access because each person is a unique energetic being. Personally, I am able to access my own angelic guides, my galactic guides, and my guardian angel. I am also able to access various ascended masters, archangels, and galactic guides throughout the universe. For a list of guides and their specialities, please go to our About page.
While my access is quite vast, who will come through is whomever is the best spirit guide to answer your question. Sometimes, you can ask for a guide directly, and they may come through, but other times the spirit guide who can best guide you and provide you the requisite energetic healing to move you forward is who will come through for you. It is important to be open and to set the intention to receive messages for your highest good.
Will you record my session? Can I record my session?

Can the guides tell me when I will ________________?
Different guides have different preferences over whether to give information that predicts the future. Generally, psychic readings are about reading your energy in the present moment to guide you towards your desired outcomes in life. The common view of psychics as predictors of the future is a bit of an unfortunate misnomer.
If you are really keen on asking the guides if a particular outcome in your life will occur, you can. However, keep in mind that the reliability of that information depends on your energy in the present moment. If the energy of the outcome is fairly settled and reasonably assured, the guides may provide a prediction. If it is not, the guides will read your current energy and give you guidance on what needs to be done to reach the desired outcomes.

Can you reach someone who has passed on to the other side?
Generally, no. I am not a psychic medium. The guides, however, may be able to get a message for you from your deceased loved one, but you will not be able to contact them directly through me. If your predominant goal is to reach someone on the other side, it is best to see a psychic medium who has those capabilities.
What kinds of questions can I ask the guides?
Again, different psychics have slightly different capabilities so it’s important to understand what their specialty is. Additionally, it is important to understand that guides are limited to the vocabulary contained within the psychic reader. For example, I am not trained in any medical capacity whatsoever and disliked science quite a bit in school. So, if you ask the guides through me some advanced medical question, they will likely tell you that they cannot answer, for I do not have the requisite vocabulary to be able to bring the information forth. However, if you ask an advanced question in my field of study and within the realm of my professional experience, you will likely get a very meaningful and insightful answer because I have the requisite vocabulary to bring forward the information. This is why it is important for different types of professionals at all levels to begin opening up to guidance because it can accelerate ascension.
When choosing a psychic, their background may be consequential if your questions are very specific. The psychic’s requisite vocabulary will be a limiting factor on what can be brought forward by the guides. You can ask the guides many kinds of questions, but whether they can answer completely will be determined by the psychic’s requisite vocabulary.
How do you receive information?
I am predominantly clairaudient and clairsentient. I am a conscious psychic channel. This means that I hear the guides auditorily and I repeat what I hear in my mind. I remain conscious in my body as I channel. As a reader, I repeat exactly what I hear on the inner with no additional commentary unless the guides specifically ask me as the personality to pipe in. Moreover, I am clairsentient so if the situation warrants it, I may break the channel for a bit to tell you what I am feeling from your energy.
